George Dewy Bradford Jr. of Raynham, passed into eternal rest on June 6, 2017 he was 87. George left High School at 17 to join the war effort (WWII) and was a small arms ordinance mechanic for 6 years in the U.S. Army. For the rest of his life he worked as a Silver Smith at Reed & Barton in Taunton. Through the years George enjoyed hunting, fishing & snowmobiling. He was a passionate Ham radio operator and was a 2 term president at the Pilgrim Amateur Wireless Assoc. He contacted nearly every country in the world & Skylab in space.  

He is survived by his wife Norma (Burgess) Bradford. Father of George Bradford III and Charles Bradford both of Raynham, Walter Bradford and his wife Tami of Middleboro and the late David Bradford. Grandfather and great-grandfather of numerous more.

Interment will be private at the request of the family.
