Barbara M. (Belfrey) Napolitano, 61, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday April 10th at her Framingham residence. Barbara, who grew up in Sudbury, was born in Newton, daughter of late Charles Belfrey and Shirley (Pigeon) Belfrey. She was a graduate of Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School in 1968. Barbara went on to study and practice nursing. She has been a Framingham Resident for the last 20 years. During that time she had worked at BJ’s Wholesale Club for over ten years. She had currently been working at Stop & Shop for the last 2 years. Barbara was a lover of great food and books. Barbara is survived by her Daughter Rachel (Feldman) Vecchione and Son In Law Vincent Vecchione of Rockland, MA and Sister Jean Belfrey of New York, NY. She was predeceased by siblings Christopher Belfrey and Judy Belfrey.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 28, at 5 p.m., at the First Parish Church, 24 Vernon St., Framingham.
A gathering celebrating her life is to take place immediately following at the adjacent church hall.
