In life, John would often say that one little decision can make a huge impact –not just you but also on those who love you. He also fought hard to overcome his battle with addition for many years, traveling across the country to different programs to seek help.
While his battle with addiction was long and challenging, he did not want it to define him. John was a very smart, funny & loving young man & love his daughters very much. He was a friend who was also looking to help people, even serving as a house manager of several different programs. He was also a die-hard Boston sports fan. He especially loved the Boston Celtics & had fond memories with his dad.
John’s family would like to express a special thank you to those who helped to support him through his journey.
Relatives and friends invited to attend visiting hours will be held on Friday January 24th at The MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St., Whitman 10am-12:30 pm.
