Anne Cushing

Anne J. (Verbiski) Cushing 60 year resident of Avon died Wednesday January 23, 2013 at age 95. Born in Bridgewater, MA, and attended Sprague and Payne Schools. She had been a member of the WAMS and WYCA clubs in Brockton and an active volunteer for the American Cancer Society Reach to Recovery Program. She also enjoyed travel throughout the U.S., Caribbean and East Asia. She is predeceased by her late husband David P. Cushing, daughter Donna C. Morse, son Alan D. Cushing, sisters Stacia Parmenter, Janet Polisino and Mary Nichols. She will be deeply missed by surviving daughter Jean Nolan and grandchildren Gregory Morse, Beth Mancebo, Holly Baczek, Richard Nolan and several great-grandchildren.
