Loving You Always, Forgetting You NEVER

Doreen Fay (Bronner), Fuller, 53 died May 20th, 2018 at her home in Ware, MA in the company her partner Bron Lamarche & dog Zeus by her side. She was born to Marilynn (Fleurent) Howard, father Lawrence Bronner, and step- father, Nathan “Tex” Howard. She is survived by her three loving daughters April (age 32), Brandy (age 30), and Cristal Fuller (age 32) & her 6 grandchildren. Chase Fett, Azayah Matlock, Nikiyah Matlock, Christian Matlock, Gabriel Bell, & Sophia Bell. She leaves behind siblings; Gayann Bronner; Lawrence & Stasia Bronner of Ware, MA; Norman & Nancy Bronner; Antoine Bronner, Lorraine Bachand; George and Karin Howard of Belchertown, MA. Nathan Cory Howard and his wife Laura of Plymouth, ME and Amy (Howard) Rahimi and her husband Hossein of Westfield, MA. Doreen will be missed greatly and has left behind countless other family members & friends. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at The Quabbin Tower on Sat, June 30th from 1pm-4pm.

Doreen was a selfless woman who maintained a childlike excitement and laughter throughout the toughest moments. She was an exceptional mother and found joy caring for her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Like her mother, Doreen was extremely creative and practiced many arts such as quilting, wreath making, painting, gardening, wood carving, cooking, and many other crafts. In her 30’s she enrolled her 3 daughters in Sunday School and became their Sunday school teacher. She was of Christian religion and attended Church with her family for many years. Although her health kept her from attending she never lost her faith.

In her late teens to early twenties Doreen worked at the Belchertown State School with her mother Marilynn Howard. She cared for elderly individuals as well as individuals with disabilities and was employed at Bank of America as an Account Manager while her kids were in Middle School. Later in life she managed at Gregory’s Bakery as well as Dollar Tree.

Life threw unexpected obstacles her way such as Hodgkins Lymphoma, serious automobile accidents, loss of home, and long term health issues due to the brutality of early radiation treatments. She was a fighter and kept the severity of her illness hidden from those closest to her. Regardless of her suffering she was always available to those in need and spent nearly every weekend with her grandson Chase Fett who gave her great joy.

Mom, I miss you greatly and I am so proud to be your daughter. I owe so much to you. Thank you for fighting as long as you did for us, and for teaching Chase how to love the way you do. I wish we had more time to fulfill unfinished plans but I am at ease knowing you are a free spirit. no longer suffering, and home with god, Sean, Lyle, and your parents.
