Dorothy Bissell

Dorothy E. Bissell of Scituate, loving grandmother, mother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away June 14, 2019 in her sleep at the age of 91. Daughter of Knut Carlstrom and Fannie Rasmusson, she leaves behind her children, Nancy Gill of Abington and Russell Wood of Norfolk, and her grandchildren, Emily, Kevin and his wife Dayce Gill of Abington and great-grandsons, Colton and Greyson. She was a lover of animals and could tell you the name of any bird she saw. She enjoyed cross-stitching in her free time and finding sea glass on the beach. She loved to travel and spend time with her family, especially their pets! She was known for giving them one too many treats. She was the kindest soul you could ever meet and will be missed by many.
