Frances L. ( LeMoine) Kerr, 81 of Whitman passed away peacefully on December 26, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Leonard A. Kerr and mother of the late Alexander Kerr. She is survived by 2 sons Edward A. Kerr and Christopher ONeil, both of Whitman, plus several grandchildren.
