George Wood

George "Chip" Wood,  62, of Bridgewater, MA lost a long battle with cancer on Thursday October 3, 2019 in his home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his mother Rosanne Wood of East Bridgewater, a sister Michelle, two brothers Scott and Michael, his love Kimberly Dimond, a son Jonathan, step-children Sarah, Samantha and Kyle and his grandchildren Chase, Jocelyn, Mason and Maverick.

Chip was an avid New England sports fan, loved caring for horses in his earlier years and spending weekends watching his grandkids play baseball.

A service will be held at 9:30am on Saturday October 12, 2019 at Calvary Chapel 175 Market Street Rockland, MA 02370.

A celebration of life will be held immediately following the service at The American Legion post 22, 33 Legion Pkwy, Whitman, MA 02382.
