Heather M. Bottoms-Freeman, 45, of W. Wareham, passed unexpectedly in her home on December 22. Heather grew up in Bridgewater and was a graduate of Bridgewater Raynham regional high school. She is leaving behind her husband Jason and daughter Addison. Heather was a Jill of all trades and wore many hats, but those that knew her, know that being a mom was her true calling and always considered Addison to be her greatest accomplishment in life. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, the first born, a very independent daughter, an advisor and supportive sister, and a goofy aunt who loved with all her heart. She would stop at nothing, and even consider it a challenge, to make a child smile. She had a soft spot for all her fur babies and through the years she was the proud "mom" to countless cats, dogs, horses, bunnies and even fish.
Heather is survived by her husband Jason Freeman, daughter Addison Freeman, mother and step dad Debbie and Bob Heaman, father Bill Bottoms and his life partner Jan McKinney, sister Amie Bottoms, brother Jesse Bottoms and his wife Jessica Bottoms, and step brothers Josh and Jake Heaman. She is predeceased by her step sister Jill Heaman and step brother Bob Heaman. She also leaves behind her much loved nieces and nephews, several aunt's, uncles, cousins and friends.
Heather will be missed by all and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
