Irving Fisher

Irving P. "Sonny" Fisher, 86, of Marion died August 21, 2009 after a brief illness at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, serving in the Pacific Theater, and the retired Chief of Onset Fire District and the Wareham Forest Fire Department. Beloved husband of Gladys (Ross) Fisher. Father of Bonnie Blaasé of Chicago, and Barbara and her husband David Griffin of Bridgewater. Brother of Donald Fisher and the late David Fisher both from Onset. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
