John Nelson, Sr.

John R. Nelson Sr. 59, of Whitman, Massachusetts sadly passed away on April 11, 2020 at his home in Whitman, Massachusetts. A son of Sten and Clara (Burton) Nelson, He was also married to Ruth (Horan) Nelson for 18 years and is survived by his three children John Nelson Jr. of Brockton, Timothy Nelson of Brockton, Mary Katherine Nelson of Brockton, along with his four grandchildren Eddie, Ricky, Benjamin, and Emmett. John worked the majority of his career at Russelectric. While growing up, John would love to watch the Cincinnati Reds, and the Dallas Cowboys, reading about the Civil War, and Space.
