Keith Rosenow

Keith W. Rosenow, 65, of Newton, MA, died December 6, 2019 in Brigham’s & Womens Hospital, Bostpm.   He was born August 17, 1954, in Buffalo, NY, son of the late William Rosenow and Nancy (Ebersole) Chasas.

He is survived by his wife, Bridget (Femino) Rosenow.  His sister-in-law Stephanie (Femino) Boudreau and her husband David of Scottsdale, AZ, nieces Kristen (Boudreau) and her husband Blake; Kimberly (Boudreau) Lee and her husband DJ, and nephew Kristopher Boudreau, 4 grandnephews, Wyatt, Joseph, Lincoln and Hunter all from Scottsdale, AZ. He also leaves his cousins John Gregory and his wife Lisa, of South Carolina, and Ann Gregory of Woodstock, NY, his uncle Robert Rosenow of Buffalo, NY, godson Brian Tierney of Buffalo, NY, cousins and many close and dear friends that meant the world to him. He was predeceased by his brother Allan.

He was a graduate of Abington High School, Abington, MA Class of 1972, and Syracuse University, Class of 1978 where he studied business and forestry. He worked in sales and marketing for most of his career and recently dedicated his time to creating promotional items. He enjoyed his part time work as an Uber driver where he met interesting people every day.

Never a dull moment when he was in the room. He entertained us all with his light hearted demeanor and great sense of humor. His spirit and strength guided him through his life, especially during his12 year battle with multiple myeloma. He brightened the hallways of Dana Farber with his positive attitude, comedy routines and kind nature.  His gratitude and respect ran deep for his doctors and nurses that took such great care of him over the years.

He was a caring, dedicated and loving husband, son, and friend and will be greatly missed by all of us who knew him well, loved him and enjoyed being with him.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21st at 10:30 am in Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 573 Washington St Newton, MA 02458.

A donation in Keith’s memory can be made to The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, or Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
