Kevin Cullity of Whitman passed away unexpectedly on August 15, 2023, at the age of 52. Kevin was born and raised in Pembroke, graduating from Sacred Heart High School with the class of ’89. After high school he attended Massasoit Community College and then finished his bachelor’s in business at Salem State University. Kevin started his working career with Cambridge Sound Works then worked at CVS for many years. He has been working with ACS Dispensary for the past 5 years. Kevin was known as a compassionate boss and colleague, who always went above and beyond to be supportive and encouraging of those around him.
Kevin was an avid New England sports fan, he enjoyed trips to the casino, playing cribbage and other card games and long walks with his loyal lab, Toby. He was also a member of the Polish White Eagles in Brockton. Above all else Kevin cherished all the time he got to spend with his family and close family friends at cookouts, parties and gatherings where he was sure to bring his infectious smile, goodwill and cheer.
Kevin was the beloved son of the late William and Patricia Cullity. He was the brother of Billy Cullity and his wife Lisa of Pembroke, Dan Cullity and his wife Marykate of Whitman, Michael Cullity and his wife Diane of Whitman, Lisa Drennan and her husband P.J. of Pembroke and Dennis Cullity of Middleboro (predeceased by his sister-in-law, Christina Cullity). He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews , cousins, godchildren, grand nieces and nephews and numerous cherished friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation for Kevin on Thursday, August 24, 2023, from 4-7pm in the MacKinnon Funeral Home (760 Washington St. Whitman). A funeral Service will take place in the funeral home Friday, August 25, 2023, at 11am. A burial will follow at the Pembroke Center Cemetery.
