Lillian Veronica Morgan, (nee Beaucheman) passed away gently at home in Whitman, MA on January 27,2022 with her daughters and son giving comfort.
She was born in Fall River, MA to Zepherin J. Beauchemin and Mary T. (Quinn) and was looking forward to her 101 st birthday on February 22.  Lillian met John J. Morgan, Jr. of Revere, MA, a USMC sergeant, and they married just before he left to serve overseas after Pearl Harbor.  Lillian and John were devoted to each other for 72 years of marriage until his death in 2014.
Lillian’s life was given to family, faith, and friends. She was predeceased by her infant son, Henry Leo Morgan, her daughter, Marie Therese Work of New Mexico, her grandson, Daniel Work of New Mexico. She is survived by her daughters, Julia Morgan Cohen and husband, Howard, of California, Margaret E. (Maggie) Adams of Whitman, MA, and her son, Edward Francis Morgan and wife Deborah of Oregon. She also leaves her beloved 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, all of whom she showered with love and affection.
Lillian was a gentle and selfless person who was welcome at all her offspring’s events and remembered fondly by their friends.
We, her family, are grateful for the kind thoughts and prayers, and the helping hands of the people who knew her, especially in her last days.
We would also like to express our gratitude to the Old Colony Hospice and to our community of faith at the Light of Christ Catholic Collaborative and to Father Adrian Milik.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in her name to Old Colony Hospice or the Whitman Food Pantry.

Funeral Mass Tuesday February 1st in Holy Ghost Church at 10:30 am.

Burial to follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery in Fall River.
