Lisa Policarpo

Lisa Marie (Sherlock) Policarpo, 43 of Fall River passed away unexpectedly on February 23, 2021.

Lisa was born on February 7 ^th during the famous “Blizzard of 78” to Stephen and Joan Sherlock in Quincy. In her younger years, Lisa lived in Dorchester, but later moved to Brockton with her family, where she grew up and graduated from Brockton High School.

In 1998 Lisa was married and went on to have three wonderful children, Tyler, Jenna, and Joshua whom she loved very much. Lisa also became the proud grandmother of Ethan in February 2015.

Lisa’s last employment was a caregiver, which was fitting for her as she was a very caring person. In her spare time, she loved to decorate and maintain her beautiful home.

Lisa was predeceased by her grandparents Helen and Walter Sorocky, Hazel and Peter Sherlock, and her uncle Peter Sherlock.

Lisa is survived by her loving husband of 6 years, Edson Policarpo. Her parents, her three children and her grandson. She is also survived by her two younger sisters, Tracy Ferreira, and her husband Fabricio and their three children Jordan, Yasmin, and Brianna of Brockton. Along with her sister Caitlyn Allison, her son Devon and daughter Lily of N. Attleboro. Lisa also has many aunts, uncles, and cousins, all who will miss her very much!

Visiting hours in the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St., Whitman on Sunday March 7 ^th 2-4 pm. A private family service will be held at 4 pm.

Burial Monday in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in West Roxbury at 10 am.
