Manuel Costa, Jr.

Manuel Costa Jr. of Quincy July 15, 2009. Beloved husband of Linda (Hicks) Costa of Quincy. Father of Harold and his wife Melinda of Kingston, Manuel III, John, Thomas, and William all of Quincy. Cherished grandfather of Victoria, Emmy, Wendy and the late Julia. Also survived by his niece Nancy Shaffer of Maples, FL. Manny worked for the Massachusetts Horticultural Society for many years as operations manager for the flower show. He also worked for the Bayside Expo Center as operations manager for events until March of 2009.  Funeral Mass in St. Ann Church in Wollaston at 10 am. on Tuesday July 21st. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to an Education Fund for the Parsons and Costa Grandchildren c/o Citizens Bank, 1200 Hancock St., Quincy, MA 02169
