Marilyn F Gauley Harrington

November 1, 1942-September 2, 2019. Formerly of Scituate, MA, she was a nearly 60 year resident of Hanson. Survived by Janet Brewer and her husband, Rocky Brewer of Hanson and their three children, Christopher of Hanson, Stephen of Lowell, and Mikayla of East Bridgewater. Debra J Harrington-Brown of East Bridgewater and her daughter Alyssa Brown Adams of East Bridgewater and Michael Harrington and his spouse Becky Harrington of Norton and their daughter Rachel. Beloved cousin of Heather Cummings of Scituate and her children, Alyssa, Henry and Zoe and survived by many nieces and nephews.

Marilyn was a certified nursing assistant who worked for Plymouth County Hospital, Del Manor, Cura VNA and was a volunteer at Robin’s Nest in Duxbury where she was beloved by her clients.  She was a member of Eastern Star. Marilyn had many passions that included: cake decorating, knitting, crocheting, and sewing.  She loved nature and enjoyed music, rollerskating and was a big fan of WATD radio.

Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Standish Humane Animal Shelter in Duxbury, MA.
