It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael N. Campbell of Fall River, Massachusetts. We lost him on October 24,2024 at the age of 76.
He was predeceased by his wife of thirty years Gail S. Campbell. He is survived by his four children, Michael Campbell Jr. of Pinellas Park, Florida, Sherry Campbell of St. Paul, Minnesota, Stacey Brooks of Fall River, Massachusetts and Laurie Campbell of Fall River, Massachusetts. Two brothers, Thomas Campbell of West Palm Beach, Florida and Joseph Campbell of Fall River, Massachusetts. He also leaves behind fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In his early career days he was an automobile mechanic. Later he became an automobile salesman. Then was promoted to General Manager of South End Toyota and Subaru automobile dealerships where he worked for many, many years until his retirement.
Michael and his wife had a love for travel and collecting souvenirs to create long lasting memories. They took many beautiful photos during their travels. We are so grateful to have all those wonderful keepsakes. In his spare time he valued being with his family and was proud to be the reigning Trivial Pursuit Champion. He enjoyed going to restaurants and looked forward to trying a unique variety of foods. We certainly considered him a foodie! One of his favorite pastimes was watching TV shows such as Star Trek, The Flash, 24 and of course Football while drinking a cold Heineken. Occasionally, he would splurge on a scratch ticket and promise to split his half when he won the jackpot.
He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend who enjoyed the simple things in life. He will always be loved, missed and never forgotten.
