Peter was born in Quincy, MA on April 10, 1944 and graduated from Quincy High School. He married Sally in 1975 and settled in Germantown in 1980. Over the years, Peter would hold Christmas parties at St. Boniface Church for the children of Germantown and he would help with events in the community during other holidays as well.

Peter will be dearly missed by all, but will especially be missed by his grandchildren: Sean, Charles Jr., David, Matthew, Emily, Peter, Joshua, Katie, Taylor, Savannah, Damien, Brandon, Joey, and Dakota. In total, Peter had 29 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
