Robert Devine

Robert M. Devine of Abington  died peacefully at home on Sept. 19 ^th at the age of 60. He is survived by his parents Elizabeth Devine and Robert Schofield; predeceased by his stepfather John Devine. Also survived by the love of his life Linda Samson and her children Krystle Pascouchi and Derek Regan; his children Emily Devine-Topham, Timothy Devine, Elysee Schofield and Kathrine Schofield-Barton; his grandchildren Franky and Fiona Topham, Tre Lutz, and Alexander and Elizabeth Barton. His siblings Cheryl Gill, Kevin Devine, Anne Devine-Hardin, predeceased by Kathy and Terrence Devine; also survived by siblings Michael, Lawrence and John Devine, Diane Pierce, Barbara Schofield, Katie High, Colleen Diering and Deborah Theriault and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Bob ran his own contracting business, Seaside Construction, for many years. He had a passion for composing and performing his own music, sailing the open seas and was an avid reader. Bob will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Visitation with family will be held in the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St Whitman,  on Thursday, Sept. 26th from 4-8pm.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to Hospice of the South Shore, 30 Reservoir Park Drive, Rockland, MA, 02370
