Rosalind Fostello

Rosalind Ann (Russell) Fostello of Hanson passed away peacefully on September 7th at the age of 86.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 22 years, James F. Fostello, as well as her mother, father, and sister.

Rosalind is survived by her six loving children: James (Buddy) and Sarah Fostello of East Bridgewater, Debbie Kelley of Florida, David Fostello of Abington, Stephen and Nicole Fostello of Whitman, Therese Triglia-Karales of Marshfield, and Barbara Fostello of Hanson.

Our devoted mother, Rosalind will be remembered for her kindness, strength, sense of humor, devotion to family, and other qualities. Her love and guidance touched the lives of those around her, and her memory will remain forever in the hearts of her family and friends.

She leaves behind a big family legacy of love including 14 grandchildren: James Fostello III , Caroline Fostello, Charles (CJ) Kelley, Michaela Kelley, Briana Smith, Lauryn Fostello, Chase Fostello and Ethan Fostello, Stacia Triglia, James Triglia II, Therese Carrier; Ashley Connors , Kevin Lane, Kyle Lane.

Her memory will be cherished forever by her 9 great-grandchildren who will miss “GG” dearly.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during visiting hours on Thursday, September 17 at MacKinnon Funeral Home from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm located at 760 Washington Street Whitman MA. A funeral service will take place immediately following the visitation at 7pm in the funeral home. Burial will be private at a later date in Pine Hill Cemetery in Quincy.
