She married Thomas Smith on February 26, 1949. He died in 1987. She later married Earl Dudley, and in the years that followed, she was also married to Joseph “Jerry” Bouffard.

She was a proud member of the Disabled American Veterans Women’s Auxiliary, and her Irish Southie spirit ran deep. She loved living by the pond, watching the wildlife and daily activity through her binoculars. She loved to dance, cherished every family gathering, and often credited her long, full life to her nightly highballs. She was a devoted Catholic whose deep faith in God guided her throughout her long and meaningful life.
Survivors include her daughter Donna Capone of Pembroke; her son Robert Smith of Hanson; her son Scott Dudley of Maine; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
