Arnold Kruger Snow, age 76, longtime resident of Whitman.Died peacefully Oct. 15, 2012 at Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital after a battle with Leukemia. Loving husband of Charlene F. (Sickoll) Snow for fifty five years. Born and raised in Brockton.  Devoted son of the late Joseph Leo and Sarah Starbuck (Newcomb) Snow Sr. Beloved father of Patricia A Snow of Raynham, Karen J. and her husband Harry Thibeault of Whitman, Thomas A. and his wife Carolyn Snow of Carver, Kenneth H. and his wife Lynn Snow of Whitman, and the late Sherry L., wife of Sheldon Ladd. Cherished grandfather of Sharna, Robert III, Derick, Amanda, Kevin, Samantha, Jason, Collin and the late Ryan. Loving great grandfather of Leah, Dylan, Ryan, Briannah, Robert IV, and Marissa. Dear brother of the late Joseph L. and Glenny Snow, Jr., the late Linwood H., husband of Phyllis Snow, Timothy C., husband of Idella Snow, David N. husband of the late Shirley Snow, Sarah E. Carlson, Verna A. wife of the late Linwood Turner, the late Vernon W. Snow, and the late Emery K., husband of June Snow. Devoted son in law of the late Harold W. and Thelma M. (Hewins) Sickoll.  Brother in law of Harold B. Sickoll. Proud uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Arnold was a graduate of Brockton High School, Class of 1953.  He proudly served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Joyce and USS Tidewater from 1954 through 1958. Before his retirement, he was a produce manager with the A&P Supermarkets for 50 years.  He also enjoyed working in real estate with both Doran and Berry Real Estates. Arnold was a member of the First Congregational Church of Whitman.  He enjoyed traveling and spending time with friends and family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

All are welcome to attend calling hours Thursday, Oct.  18 th from 4-8 p.m. at the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St., Whitman.

Funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home on Friday, Oct. 19 th at 9 a.m., with burial immediately following at the Colebrook Cemetery in Whitman.
