Donald Cullison

Cullison, Donald H. of West Newton,  September 5, 2012. Born in Decatur, IL on May 9, 1927 to W. Vincent and Verle Cullison. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Greta Protzmann Cullison, son William Cullison and wife Jeri Lynne, daughter Susan Cullison, son James Cullison and wife Jill, daughter Laura Leaver and husband Robert, grandchildren Brooke Cullison, Joseph Cullison, Jacob Cullison, Zachary Cullison, Katharine Leaver, and Gordon Leaver.

Don was raised in IL and Hudson, NY. He served in the Navy during WWII . He graduated from the University of Vermont, and received his MBA at the University of Michigan . He spent the majority of his career as a credit manager at Polaroid, and later as the owner of Atlantic Sales. He was an active member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church, and a longtime member of Longwood Cricket Club. An avid New England sports fan, he enjoyed playing tennis, then golf in his later years. He coached his children's sports teams for many years, loved spending time with his family, and thoroughly enjoyed life.

A Memorial Service will be held at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 258 Concord Street, Newton Lower Falls, MA 02462 on Saturday, September 22nd at 1:00PM, followed by a reception in the parish hall.

In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to St. Mary's Episcopal Church, and Springwell (125 Walnut St., Watertown, MA 02472).
