Janet Mccarthy

Janet H. McCarthy, age 67 of Bridgewater passed away after a short illness at her home surrounded by her loving family by her side August 23, 2011. Janet was born in Haverhill, and a graduate from Haverhill High School. She worked for many years as an administrative assistant at Psychological Associates in N. Easton. Her fondest times were spending time with her family and friends. She loved all types of seafood, and taking trips to Foxwoods. She is the daughter of the late Maurice and Virginia (Daniels) McCarthy.Former wife of Robert J. McDonnell of Lincoln Park, NJ. Loving mother of Courtney BarBetto and her husband Sal of Bridgewater, Damian McDonnell of Bridgewater, and Tyler McDonnell of Braintree. Sister of Maurice McCarthy of West Bridgewater. Grandmother of Samuel, Johnathan, and Andrew BarBetto. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A gathering of friends and family will be held in the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St., WHITMAN on Saturday Aug. 27 ^th 9-11 am Followed by a Memorial Service in the funeral home at 11 am. Relatives and friends invited to attend.
