Joseph Comfrey

Joseph J. "Jack" Comfrey suddenly of Raynham November 21, 2012 at the age of 72. Retired Boston Firefighter Rescue-2 with 40 years of service.
Beloved husband of Janice K. (O'Loughlin) Comfrey. Son of the late Joseph and Mary E. (Curran) Comfrey. Loving father of Scott P. Comfrey of Raynham. Brother of the late Jane Comfrey of South Boston. Grandfather of Brittany, Kevin, and Marissa Comfrey.
Visiting hours will be in the MacKinnon Funeral Home 760 Washington St., Whitman Monday November 26th 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
Funeral Services will be in the Funeral Home on Tuesday at 10 AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.
Interment Mass National Cemetery, Bourne Tuesday at 12:45 pm.
Jack was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam era, member Boston Firefighters Local 718, International Assoc.of Firefighters, member of the Death and Welfare, and past member E-13, Rescue Pumper, R-2, L-28, Car-9, and C-11.
