Paul Greene

Paul Vincent Greene, 74, of Rockland passed away January 10, 2022 with his children by his side.

Paul is survived by his children Julie Head and her husband Gregory, Andrea Greene, Carolyn Greene and Daniel Greene; his grandchildren: Victoria and Nathan Bessette, Keegan and Griffin Head, Courtney and Cameron Greene; his sister Mary Burke and her husband John; his niece Lauren Mills and nephews Christopher and Matthew Burke.

Paul was born in Dorchester Massachusetts on June 3, 1947 to Vincent and Margaret (Martin) Greene.  He was a graduate of Hyde Park High School and Fisher Junior College.  He cherished his childhood memories growing up in Dorchester.

Paul was a devoted father and grandfather who took great joy in his family.  He was a proud Marine and member of the Army National Guard.  He worked for GTE in Quincy for 25 years.  He loved Boston sports, especially the Patriots.  He enjoyed playing golf with his friends and son.  He always made the effort to stay in touch with his friends.  He has fond memories of Nantasket beach.

Relatives and friends invited to attend visiting hours in the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St, Whitman, MA on Monday January 17 ^th from 5-7pm. Masks will be required.

Funeral Service Tuesday January 18 ^th at 11am in the funeral home, followed by a burial at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at 1:30pm.
