Paul Healey Jr.

January 29, 1996 — April 27, 2021

Paul Healey Jr., 25, passed away on April 27, 2021, unexpectedly in a motor vehicle accident.

Paul Healey Jr. was born on January 29, 1996 in Quincy, MA to Paul and Elizabeth Healey.

Paul graduated from South Shore Vocational Technical High School in 2014 and began working as a carpenter. He then went on to become a diesel mechanic before becoming a machine operator at C-MAC Services, truly a jack of all trades.

Paul lived in Rockland, MA with his wife Aimee Cordo of Whitman. He was passionate about fishing, snowmobiling, and riding anything else with an engine. Paul spent most of his free time in his second home on Newfound Lake in Bristol, NH. Paul rarely had free time, however, because he was his friend's and family's first call if they ever needed anything. Paul was always quick to offer to help, to smile, or to crack a Budweiser. He was an old soul, born with a strong moral compass. He had conviction and rarely deviated from his principles, honorable above all else. Those closest to him knew what a gentle soul he was, and those less close to him knew how protective he was of those that he loved.

Paul is survived by his loving father, Paul Healey Sr., beloved Mother, Beth Dalton Healey, his adoring sisters, Kate, Abbey, and Claire, his hilarious sister in-law Julia, and his beautiful niece, Audrey Elizabeth Bowes. He is also survived by a large extended family, Mr. & Mrs. Matthew Dalton, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Dalton of  Rockland, Mr. & Mrs. John Dalton, Mr. & Mrs. James O'Sullivan, Mr. & Mrs. Liam Craddock, Uncle Eric Dalton of Dorchester, Mrs. John Zammito of Quincy. He is also survived by his godfather, Luke Dalton of Dorchester and his Mother and Sister In Law, Sue Scriven and Keryn Cordo. Paul is also survived by his goddaughter, Briella O'Brien. He is one of twenty-seven first cousins and a group of friends which were like brothers.

Paul is predeceased by his late grandparents, Jack and Marion Dalton of Dorchester and George and Rita Healey of Charlestown.

The service for Mr. Paul Healey Jr. will be held on Sunday, May 2nd from 1p-5p at The MacKinnon Funeral Home in Whitman, MA. Following the visitation, there will be a brief ceremony offered to those who wish to attend.

Memorial donations can be made in Paul's name to South Shore Vocational Technical High School to the Paul Healey Jr. Fund.
