Richard Mucci

Richard A. Mucci of Whitman passed away Sunday October 10, 2010 at his home in Whitman surrounded by his family and friends. He was 69. Richard was born in Somerville. He was a graduate of Cathedral High School, and Northeastern University he was in the ROTC. He served in the U.S Army for several years achieving the rank of Captain. He was an employee of John Hancock Life Ins. Co. for 37 years before retiring. He is survived by his wife Dorothy A. (Scribi) Mucci. His two daughters Lisa Frisoli and her husband Chris of Braintree, and Andrea McCarthy and her husband Ryan of Quincy. Brother of Roy Mucci of Malden and the late Pat Mucci. Also survived by grandchildren Rose and Celia Frisoli and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours in the MacKinnon Funeral Home, 760 Washington St., Whitman on Wednesday Oct. 13 ^th 4-8 pm.

Funeral Mass Thursday in Holy Ghost Church, Whitman at 9 am. Relatives and friends invited to attend.

Interment at Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree.
