William Loring
December 9, 1931 — April 28, 2012
William F. Loring of Brockton passed away April 28, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Medical center in Brockton. He was 80. Husband of Roberta (Leverone) Loring of Brockton and also the late Camille (Constantino) Loring. Father of William J. Loring of Brockton, Scott B. Loring of Holbrook, Todd E. Loring of Brockton, and Lynn Loring-Bartlett of Whitman. Brother of Stanley Loring of Stoughton, Robert, of NH, and George Loring of East Boston, and the late Charles Loring. Also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Bill was born in East Boston and graduate of East Boston High School. He was a former Youth hockey coach in Brockton for many years. He was Developer and past member of Board of Directors of Baxter Lake Rec. Area. , and past Rotarian member of the Holbrook Rotary. He was the former owner for 40 years of Alltronics Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication of Avon. He was an avid hunter and a current member of Safari Club International, and also a current member of the Randolph Elks Lodge.
Visiting hours in the MacKinnon Funeral home, 760 Washington St., Whitman on Thursday May 3 rd 6-9 pm.
Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday in Holy Ghost Church in Whitman at 10 am. Relatives and friends invited to attend.
Interment at St. James Cemetery in Whitman.
