Crematory

We are glad to announce the new facility at the Duxbury Crematory.

The new and state of the art facility allows families seeking to view the cremation process and have privacy as they say their final goodbyes before and during cremation they can have a curtain drawn to keep them from view. Families also have the option of starting the retorts, or burners, as the departed’s wishes are carried out. This can be done by appointment and we have to schedule a time with the crematory and the medical examiner viewing and the 48 hours period has to be up. Talk to the director if you wish to have these services, extra costs may apply.
